We provide door-to-door delivery across Peninsular Malaysia. However, in some cases, delivery may be made to a collection point or building entrance depending on circumstances such as:
● Flats or apartments without lift access
● Secure locations requiring entry permits or passes
● Rural / out-of-coverage delivery zones
● Other restricted or special access conditions
💰 Additional Charges May Apply If:
● The item needs to be carried up staircases (e.g. to higher floors)
● Installation, unboxing, or commissioning service is required
● Any other special handling service not stated in the product listing

🚛 Delivery Information
● Orders will be shipped via courier service or lorry transporter, depending on item size and weight.
● Standard delivery time: 2–5 working days (subject to location).
● For large or bulky items, special delivery arrangements may be needed; this may take up to 7 working days.
Please note that shipping schedules and delivery times are managed by our logistics partners and may vary based on area coverage, weather, or peak-season demand.

We understand some customers prefer to be notified before delivery.
While we can add a “Call Before Delivery” remark on your parcel, please note:
● Most logistics partners do not guarantee pre-delivery calls.
● Once a tracking number is provided, you may contact the courier directly to coordinate delivery arrangements.
